Our team was happy after all these months to get back to conferences. Representing Cardinal at the Annual National CAI Conference held last month in Las Vegas, Nevada was Cynthia du Busc, Shayla Love, Candace Lewis and Victoria Garner. Perhaps, the biggest highlight of the three days at conference was Shayla walking across the stage to receive her PCAM designation, the highest achievement for a community manager. We are all so proud of all she has accomplished and the future she has ahead of her.

The event was packed full of educational topics centered around challenges facing our industry and best practices for talent recruitment and retention. What was rewarding, was hearing so much of what we already practice here at Cardinal being taught to the masses. Further securing that Cardinal is a top workplace!

The Cardinal crew was able to find a little time to enjoy dinner with fellow colleagues and some highly respected community association law firms, making the event an overall success and time well spent for our team.
