The Cardinal Management Group, Inc. Wellness Committee will be hosting a Flu Shot Clinic on Tuesday, September 28th from 2-5 PM!  

To be eligible to receive the flu shot, you will need to present your insurance card to the Walgreens team.  There is no cost with proof of insurance.

The event is open to all Cardinal Management Group, Inc. client communities, business partners, team members and their families. Participants must sign up for a time slot using the link below. There are a limited number of appointments; first come first serve.

Please remember to wear your mask while waiting and use the hand sanitizer stations as you enter and leave the conference room.  We look forward to seeing everyone at the event.
